These Terms of Use govern your use of the Inspire Telecom broadband signup service (the "Signup Service") available at this website. By using the Signup Service—including checking availability, selecting a plan, entering your details, scheduling installation, or submitting an order—you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Signup Service.
1. The Signup Service
The Signup Service allows you to check broadband availability at your address, choose a plan and add-ons, provide personal and payment details, and submit a request to become an Inspire Telecom customer. Use of the Signup Service is subject to availability and eligibility. We do not guarantee that service is available at your address or that your order will be accepted until we have confirmed it.
2. Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information throughout the signup process, including your name, address, contact details, and payment information. Providing false or misleading information may result in delay, rejection of your order, or termination of any resulting service.
3. No Binding Contract Until Confirmation
Submitting your details through the Signup Service constitutes a request to enter into a contract with Inspire Telecom. A binding contract for broadband (and any add-ons) is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order (e.g. by email or other confirmation). We reserve the right to decline any order and are not obliged to provide a reason.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a contract for the supply of services at the installation address. The Signup Service is intended for use by individuals seeking residential broadband in the United Kingdom.
5. Withdrawal and Cancellation
You may stop using the Signup Service at any time before submitting your order. After submission, your right to cancel is governed by our main Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer law once a contract has been formed. If you have not yet received order confirmation, you may contact us to request that we do not process your application.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Signup Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or our systems. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Signup Service or to any other users' data.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Signup Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Signup Service you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Terms After Signup
If your order is accepted, the supply of broadband and any add-on services will be subject to our main Terms and Conditions, including contract length, pricing, and acceptable use. Those terms are separate from these Signup Service Terms of Use.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Signup Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
